Update: So I get back from lunch, and everything seems to be working. Nothing from the official Google blog, but I think it may have been linked to the changes they made. Speculation?
So as of about 11:20 Est Google is officially dead in the water. Can not get to any of their services. What is going on? Anyone know?
I was reading around and saw that Google tweaked it’s search to be more “Twitter like” could this be the issues? Something on the back end? Or something else?
Nope, but it’s been happening to gmail clients all over the state of MS.
Mine works, but a buddy with hosted apps version is down.
Yeah, we are here in Atlanta, and we can KINDA get to search, gmail totally busted still.
According to http://techfragments.com/news/766/Tech/Call_The_Googleplex_Google_News_Is_Down.html you can signout of your Google or Gmail account and things will work again for you. Its because of an issue with Google Accounts, which is linked to all of the Google services.
